Our Phase 1 Survival Kit is designed to help companies thrive during this crucial start-up period. It’s a cost-effective way to demonstrate your compliance with the government’s strict accounting regulations and position your company to secure adequate funding for Phase 2.
The kit includes:
- Customized QuickBooks Pro chart of accounts — the backbone of your accounting system.
- You will also receive a vouchering system, a time and expense reporting system and the basic policies and procedures you need to move forward.
- QuickBooks consulting — training via WebEx to ensure you record day-to-day transactions properly.
- Indirect rate planning software — an easy-to-use Microsoft Excel spreadsheet to help you properly project and document your phase 2 direct and indirect cost needs. We will review your projections, provide feedback and offer benchmarking guidance.
- Phase 2 negotiation and representation — when you receive notice of your pending Phase 2 award, we will work with you during the pre-award audit to help you negotiate your funding.
This package is obviously worth thousands more than what we charge, but we believe in investing in our new relationships.
