Company Background

Founded in 1977 by Gordon Jameson, Jameson & Company, P.C., an independent certified public accounting firm specializes in Federal Government grant and contract accounting and administration.  

We believe our knowledge of the FAR's, the Financial Accounting Standards (FASB's) and the Internal Revenue Code provides an efficient and cost effective benefit to our clients.

As the second generation President and CEO of the firm, Ed joined Jameson & Company in 1988, after his tenure at Price Waterhouse, Boston as a senior consultant in the small business and tax departments. Ed graduated cum laude in Accountancy from Bentley College.

Ed has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1988.  Since this time, Ed has helped clients secure millions of dollars in Government Contracts and Grants.  He has extensive experience in the indirect rate recovery process and has settled hundreds of incurred cost submissions. Ed consults on cost recovery, strategic management and contract & grant cost proposals in addition to overseeing all client relationships. 

                                                    Brian LaCroix, CPA

Brian has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1991.  As Chief Operating Officer, Brian's responsibilities include overseeing the continued design and improvement of our proprietary Jameson Outsourcing Government Contract and Grant systems and procedures in addition to overseeing our audit department.  Brian is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Lowell.
