3. One hour of support on any QuickBooks, Tax or Government Cost Recovery matter

We will provide you with an hour of telephone/fax/email support for any questions that you may have regarding your Government Grant or Contract, Tax, Accounting, or QuickBooks.  

4. Negotiation and Audit Representation Services

When you receive notice of your pending Phase 2 award, we will work with you and your Customer's Contracting Officer (or Grants Specialist) and the Government's auditors to negotiate your award and represent you during the pre-award audit (pending your migration into one of our Core Solutions).
